“We are, each of us, angels with only one wing, and we can only fly embracing each other.”
– Luciano Decrescenzo
We need each other. To deny this simple fact would be foolish. Oh, sure, we could survive without others, but to truly live, soar and be happy, it takes us to be in commune with others. It is spiritually uplifting to embrace others and be love for others. Look at children. They gravitate towards each other, play and embrace. We can learn so much from this young community of angels.

I am trying to recall where I heard or read this story… It goes something like this:
I was shown a large group of people, gathered around a table all eating from a very, very, large soup bowl, all with soup spoons of a length that was impossible to hold and reach your own mouth, for a long, long, time, everyone was hungry, since there was no way to bring the food from the bowl, to their mouth without spilling it all. Finally someone spoke up and said to his neighbor, let me fill my spoon and feed you, We could all do the same, and no one will be hungry …
PS – Loved this watercolor !
I remember that story! It is an awesome tale of wisdom. Thank you so very much, I enjoyed painting it. ♥
