a tickle of words to create smiles

Rainbows

It takes both rain and sunshine to make a rainbow.

There is so much wisdom in this statement. Not everyday can be or should be sunshine. We also need the rain, not only for rainbows but to nurture the earth, the plants and life. The storms in our lives help us to appreciate the blessings we do have in our lives and each other. It is during those tumultuous times when the kindness of others can be our rainbows, if we are open to feel the sunshine and count our blessings.

Reaching out to others and saying, “hey, I could use a little support, love or kindness, here” opens up the opportunity for others to be that rainbow in our lives. It is those times where we need to let go of our pride and humble ourselves to humanity. Let us bring out the best in others by showing others that their love and kindness is appreciated and valued and needed. Who are the rainbows in your life? What have you done lately to show them your gratitude?

Cine este curcubeul in viata ta? Ce ai facut in ultima vreme pentru a-i arăta recunoştinţa ta?
