Grateful for Mobility (TY-14)

ako-nov14-2013

I am deeply grateful for my mobility. I am able to move, walk around, run in short spurts and exercise. We often overlook our ability to move around until there comes a time when we injure our ankle, knee or foot. That is when we wish we could easily move around, right? Right.

Therefore, I am taking this opportunity to say “thank you” to those parts of my body that allow me to move around easily. I appreciate my legs, feet, ankles, knees, hips, and all the bones and muscle therein that allow me to move and dance around. I will not take them for granted and I will recognize and value their significance in my life! THANK YOU, torso, legs, knees, feet and toes!

  1. Whenever she goes
    She follows her nose
    Using her feet
    And all ten toes.

    Wherever she goes
    Only God knows
    But she gives thanks
to her feet and her toes. <3<3<3
