We do well in those activities we do all the time. Practice makes perfect. If you aspire to be an excellent writer, then write. If you want to be an excellent student, then make studying a habit. If you aspire to be an excellent dancer, artist, singer, teacher, speaker, or athlete, then make a habit of dancing, creating art, singing, teaching, speaking or practicing your sport.

It is as simple as that. You will see a difference in your abilities as your skills and talents become more and more refined through habitually engaging in the activities you wish to improve and master. Marva Collins said it best, “Excellence is not an act but a habit. The things you do the most are the things you will do the best.”
