We are more than meets the eye. We are not the mistakes of yesterday, nor are we the intentions of tomorrow. Our authentic selves are how we are at the very present moment we are living. We are our deepest thoughts and feelings. Furthermore, most of us are continually changing as we interact with the world and with our innermost thoughts, as we strive for a more positive state of mind and to be the best we know how to be. We are complicated, yet we can act simply if we so choose. Each moment is ours to decide how we wish to be. We are so much more than meets the eye.
